Race Information

The race begins at St. Mary Bourne's Recreation Ground. Be aware it is a multi-terrain race so trail shoes are strongly advised. Despite being in The Spring we are in the UK and under wet conditions the course can be slippery, so care should be taken at all times and appropriate footwear worn!

Due to the nature of the course it is sadly also not possible to run with a buggy. You can run with your dog but it HAS to remain on a lead at all times and start at the back of the other runners alongside the walkers.

We would also highly advise to NOT wear headphones for safety. Our marshall’s are on the course checking any road crossings but they need to be listened to and your own care taken, which is taken away with the use of headphones.

We are encouraging those who do not want to run to get involved by walking. However, it is only possible to walk the 5K event NOT the 10K. Please enter the walking category online on the 'How to Enter' page on this site.

Times: Main Race starts at 11am. Please assemble at 10:50.

Pack Collection: Race HQ will open to collect your race pack at 09:00. Please bring ID & email confirmation.

Parking: Parking at the Recreation Ground is first come first serve. The MUGA will be opened and car parking attendants will advice on where to park.

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd male & female (5K & 10K), 1st Villager male & female (resident of St. Mary Bourne - 5K & 10K), King & Queen of the Climb.

Prize-Giving: At the finish line at 14:00. There will be a race day BBQ, bar, children’s games, face painting and other stalls to enjoy at Race HQ.

Facilities: Toilets, changing rooms, first aid, within the finish area. There are no showers available and baggage is left at your own risk.

Results: Will be posted on this website within one week and emailed to all runners.
